Internal Family System(IFS) developed by R. Schwartz is the easiest to explain our intrapsychic. In IFS, the repetitive patterns of our inner thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are called parts. And there is another place in us that can observe these parts and become the center of consciousness, called Self. IFS aims to develop a true Self and bring harmony and balance to our psychological system. The psychodrama can embody our intrapsychic very concretely. Especially, the double of the psychodrama is a useful technique to dramatize inner parts. The IFS psychodrama is a strategy that takes the observer, the true Self, through the mindfulness meditation, to accept the parts through the dramatic process and balance the psychological system. This course guides the overall process of the IFS psychodrama.
